What we do
- Automatic shipment creation when an order is confirmed
- Bulk label and barcode printing
- Tracking number added to the order and sent to the customer by email/SMS
- Order status updated by delivery status
- Shipping fees calculated by volumetric weight
- Return shipping codes
Things to watch out for
- Missing product weight or dimensions lead to wrong shipping fees.
- The province/district structure of your address form must match what the carrier expects.
- If you use several carriers, an aggregator needs less maintenance than separate integrations.
Which platform?
We work with Shopify, ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, IdeaSoft, Shopier, WooCommerce, Magento (Adobe Commerce), OpenCart, PrestaShop and custom-built stores. If your platform has a ready-made plugin or app, we install and configure it properly; if not, we build a custom integration on the provider’s API.
How we work
- Intro call (free): we learn about your platform and the systems you want to connect.
- Quote: we send scope, timeline and price in writing.
- Build: we set up the integration in a test environment for your approval.
- Go-live and support: we launch it and stay with you afterwards.
